If you’re looking for a dealership with honest and diligent sales and finance staff, I highly recommend staying away from Miracle Chevrolet. I purchased a vehicle from them a little over a week ago and live more than an hour away. Before making the trip, I spoke with both the salesperson and finance manager to confirm one simple thing — whether there were any issues or concerns with the vehicle. During that call, the finance manager put me on speaker and said, “I’m sitting here with the salesman, and he’s shaking his head no.” Unfortunately, that assurance turned out to be false. When I arrived, I discovered several missing items: one of the key fobs, the tire iron, the jack, the tool for the lug nut caps, and the air compressor for the spare tire. These are basic components that should have been disclosed before I drove all that way. It became clear that the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care about the condition of the product they were selling. I nearly walked away from the deal but decided to ask if they’d at least split the cost of the missing key fob. The salesperson agreed. I assumed the fob would cost around $300, but it turned out to be $705. When I called back to have them honor the 50/50 agreement, they refused — apparently, their word doesn’t mean much. To make matters worse, after reviewing my paperwork, I noticed they had charged me the wrong sales tax. When I pointed it out, they blamed “third-party software,” which feels like a convenient excuse rather than a real explanation. In summary, I regret buying my car from Miracle Chevrolet. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never return as a customer. If you do decide to buy from them, get everything in writing and double-check all the numbers — because in my experience, they don’t keep their word and their math doesn’t add up.
