Frank was extremely easy to work with. He was incredibly knowledgable. A great experience. He was so dedicated to help me that he was texting me throughout Super Bowl weekend and addressed all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend him.

I initially left a positive review based on my experience before leaving the dealership. Unfortunately, my experience changed immediately after I drove off the lot. Once I had questions regarding the vehicle, my salesperson, Heather, became completely unresponsive. I made numerous call over several days seeking clarification and never received a return call. I was transferred between multiple departments just to obtain basic information. I also had to make repeated calls to determine why my trade-in loan had not yet been paid off, something that should have been handled promptly and proactively. MotorWerks promotes. It’s One & Only Program which advertises upfront pricing, a dedicated, commission, free advisor, and seamless one hour buying process. This was not my experience. The purchase process took the entire day, and once the sales was complete, the dedicated advisor was no longer reachable. They also advertise a three day exchange policy, allowing up to 100 miles and an exchange for any reason. In practice, this policy is in effective if your sales person does not return calls, which was my situation. Additionally, a ceramic coating was added to the vehicle – something I did not request – resulting in an increased final price. Despite being told multiple times that the car had undergone a thorough inspection, three recalls were missed, including one safety recall. During the test drive, I noted an unusual sound and was told it was normal. It was not. The vehicle required new tires and alignment, issues that should’ve been identified prior to sale. While the car currently gets me from point A to B, the overall experience demonstrated a lack of communication, follow through and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from MotorWerks.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Motor Werks Infiniti. Ralph Ibarra was exceptional to work with. He continually followed up with me and never pressured me into making a purchase. My husband and I drove over 10 hours to purchase a vehicle from Motor Werks because of the price and customer service provided by Ralph. Would recommend the dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future!

I have been a Jeep owner for a few years now but wanted to switch to another brand. Ricky Espino and Lorena Mena were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They made sure I was 100% convinced and that the vehicle had everything I was looking for. They took me every step of the way in the purchase of a 2024 Mazda CX50. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend getting a car from this location.
