Lou at Biener Audi

Lou is very attentive and willing to go the extra mile in investigating issues. Also, follows through to ensure work is performed timely. Is also very aware of the cost and will check in advance with the client before of any work is done. Will continue using Biener Audi service center and recommend all Audi owners to consider them.

Louie takes great care. Of me

I have owned and serviced 2 Audi A4 Cabriolet from Beiner Audi since 2008, I have always delt with Louie and his Service has proven again and again to be the best I have ever experienced. He always lets me make the decisions Based on informed recommendations what needs to be done on my car. More important to me he lets me know If something should be cared for immediately or if it might be able to wait for my next service. He has been unbelievably Accommodating , getting loaners or. Rentals if need be or in some cases a most needed ride or even dropping off my car In a couple of cases. He never pressures me to make any decision but let's me know if I have any safety concerns. He has gone out of his way to keep my costs down and have warrantee cover expenses. It is refreshing to find a service Professional who makes me feel he always has my best interest in mind . Biener Audi Service Department - Louis Del Balzo

Louis sets up the date, we go in and drop the car, and it's done in a few hours. He even picks us up at the local Long Island Railroad. No worries. When we arrive--he greets us by name, which to us--is amazing. BIENER AUDI service department is very efficient and easy.

First-Time Buyer

Biener Audi made the buying process SO easy for a first-time buyer. I was very intimidated going into the process because I've always heard how horrific purchasing a new (used) car can be. Fortunately for me, I did not experience this at all. Biener went through great lengths to make sure the car that I was interested in matched up to my requirements/lifestyle and I feel that I got a great deal on a safe and reliable car. Sanjeev and Mark worked closely with me on my options for financing and also coordinated with my insurance and DMV (in Virginia) on registration. When I came to pick up the car, Jeff did a "walk thru" with me to make sure I understood all the nuances of the vehicle before driving it back home to Virginia Beach. I would highly recommend Biener to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car. I am confident that you will not be disappointed!

Makes Service a Pleasant Experience

I've been going to Louie for 7 years now. Louis is the reason that I left BMW and continue to buy Audi. Louie is easily reached via email to schedule both simple and complex service visits. He provides a personal experience that you don't usually get with a dealer service center. I am always confident that Louie has my best interest in mind and that is why I continue to go to Beiner despite being closer to another Audi dealer. I used to dread going to BMW service centers - now I never mind bringing my Audi in when I need service.

Confidence

For over nine years I have brought my car to Louis and have always left it with him KNOWING the right thing will be done. The right thing in every sense of the word from fixing what needs to be fixed to NOT fixing what doesn't need to be done, to arranging for a loaner. He is the reason I would suggest this dealer to anyone. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always on his game.

A5 Service

Whenever my Audi A5 needs service, Lou takes care of everything needed including assistance in arranging for transportation. He makes the entrée experience "stress free" and is always a professional and polite. Lou is the reason I use the service department at his dealership! Thanks Lou!

Best in the business!

Louis is the most able, professional and personable service advisor I have dealt with in the many years I have owned cars of all kinds. In fact, although I am interested in now buying a new car other than Audi, I am having difficulty in deciding to do so because I will not have Louis if I decide to go with a different make.
