My wife and I purchased a new CRV-Hybrid from Van Horn Honda to replace a CRV that we had happily owned for 13 years. We were very pleased with the entire sales and financing process. Jessalyn was a delight to work with and was very attentive to helping us select our vehicle and trim package, and answering our questions during the sales process. Jessica was similarly great to work with through the financing and registration processes. She explained our finance options clearly and provided helpful answers to our questions.They are a great team and made the purchase fun, quick and easy.

Great experience.. had a tire issue and they got me in and fixed it the same day. Quick, efficient, and no hassle. Really appreciated the fast turnaround and friendly service. Would definitely come back again.

Took our 2017 Honda CRV in for basic service - oil/filter change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. Service advisor did not communicate well. At first tried to charge over $100 extra. Then inspection report shows everything is great, but a week later I get an inspection video in a text that does not play. Eventually got inspection video to play on PC and it says dirty engine & cabin filters, which contradicts written inspection report. I had waited for service to be done and nobody mentions any issue with filter and report shows no issue. Huge question as to whether they know what they are doing or communicates what actual situation is. Now I have scheduled a 2nd trip for filter replacements and a new inspection by a different service tech. Fancy new showroom but terrible communication and follow up.

Wow...what a joke. The dealership was in disarray. The car wasn't prepared to be shown due to mechanical issues. The condition of the vehicle wasn't worth the amount advertised let alone test drive.
