Called here and spoke to Danny, asked if they had any 2026 Toyota Rav4 on the lot. Let me know they have a large selection of them incoming. I was able to stop in and reserve a model with them. Super smooth process, can't wait for my 2026 Toyota Rav4! Great experience!

Great brand-new and remodeled facility, was surprised since the last time I was there, my brother in law bought his first Toyota from the previous owners over 5 years ago and haven’t been back since.

I took my car in for service, was being helped by Susana Perez. I asked for shuttle service she told me the guy was on his lunch and he would call me on the loudspeaker when he was ready. After about an hour I went to ask about the shuttle and why it was taking so long. She said they only had one driver the other one didn’t show up. She said she could call me an Uber, I asked her to check how much longer until my car was ready and she said an hour. I told her there was no point in going home I would have to come right back, and asked why I wasn’t provided an Uber at the start, not after I waited for an hour. She did not seem to grasp the concept that it would be a waste of time to take an Uber now especially since my car was almost ready. She did not care at all, and simply brushed my concerns off and gave me an attitude. She also kept making excuses, I asked her why she would book me when the driver is scheduled to be on lunch, she said they don’t schedule shuttles when they schedule appointments, then I asked her why did the person who called to set up the appointment ask if I was going to wait or take a shuttle? Just all around disorganized, she had no clue what she was doing and needs better training and customer service. Susanna Perez stay away from her or ask for another person to help you. To top it off they lost my key ring for my car keys. Terrible experience.

I called to see if the car I wanted was still available. I was told YES. I told him I'd be driving in from Los Angeles, and that I'd be there in 45 minutes. He made an appointment for me. I arrived, and was told to ask for Davud Gonzalez. I did. The man did not take me to David. He then told me the car I wanted had been sold, and tried to get me to look at other cars. Wasted drive.

I chatted on line with Carlos Suarez! We are trying to set up when I can go there before Donald Trump screws up my final dream of affording a Toyota Tundra. If not maybe in the next life.

I had a bad encounter with Prunion. He is a xxxxx. He was not a sympathetic salesperson to work with. He is stuck up and conceded. He is a bad apple. He said he had enough of me, well let me tell you this Mr. Prunion, I had enough of you. I made a visit to FJ from the San Gabriel Valley. There are several dealerships here, but there are reasons I decided to goto Carson. New building and complimentary drinks. Good inventory selection. Prunion ruined it for me.

We ordered the car specifically type model color waited over 3 weeks when it comes in we scheduled a day to pick it up and called the day before stating they won’t hold it it’s been sold

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

Bad service, they just give you the runarounds and don’t help you at All. They will tell you that yes you do qualify for a truck and then they say that car/truck is not for you and try to get you to leave more deposit

I sold my old Prius and wanted a new model. I called this deal and spoke to DANIEL he found the perfect car for me and made me a VIP to stop in and test drive a Brand New Prius Prme! I bought the 2023 Toyota Prius Prime SE from SAM! They were the only ones who had the car and had great service! Everyone was quoting me 5-8k over MSRP but Carson Toyota made an offer I was happy with! Great service and excellent selection of vehicles.
