Costa Mesa Cadillac

I found a vehicle at Costa Mesa Cadillac that I liked and asked upfront if they had any add-ons. They said yes. I made it very clear that I was not interested in any add-ons and would move on to another vehicle if they couldn’t remove them. At that point, I was reassured — told it was “not a big deal” and that they would not lose a deal over add-ons. So, I decided to make the drive. But once I got there and sat down to work the numbers, the first thing they told me was that they wouldn’t remove the add-ons. Let me tell you — NO ONE needs these add-ons. If you ever come across a dealer that insists on them, do yourself a favor: move on. That’s exactly what I recommend here. Don’t waste your time like I did. Find another dealer who values your business without the games.

Friendly knowledge staff. Salesperson did a lot to help in my inquisitions. Will xx dealership again for more possible cars in stock.

Financial person took advantaged of a 91 year old senior. We did not want the extra 6,000 dollar insurance he tacked on to our final amount which was not shared with me

Buyer beware. This dealership engages in price gouging tactics such as "Dealer Markup" or "Market Adjustment" Pricing sometimes asking 15K-20K over MSRP. GM has discouraged this practice but they are still doing it. Do not be fooled by these predatory tactics. There are plenty of dealerships that are Cadillac and GM that do MSRP. They are advertising a 2023 RWD Cadillac Lyriq for 77K which is MSRP after delivery for 62K.
