My SUV developed a problem on a Sunday. On Monday we took it to Matt in the service department, without an appointment. He said it should be fixed by Friday. He called Tuesday afternoon to let us know it was fixed. The problem was a thermostat sensor. We were very pleased with their quick repair.

I have taken my car twice to get an oil change and told them about my squeaky brakes and to fix them and both times still squeaky brakes and it is covered under my warranty. Plus I bought the ceramic coating for my car and still haven't gotten that resolved either they want me to contact my insurance. If I do that then why purchase the coating. Not pleased at all. The dealership doesn't mind contacting me for my GMC Sierra every chance it gets. When we purchased this car we bought 3 so not impressed at all!!!

Micah did a fantastic job from showing me the truck and others to helping me to make it mine. I probably would have bought one somewhere else if he had not been so helpful.
