Great salesman Mike Clarke when buying Toyota Crown Signia. Afterwards, he answered questions about multiple new electronics. Took the time to help us with an issue we had with a setting which required a reset. Mike is not only interested in making a sale, but in keeping the customer happy after the sale. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

LeadCar Toyota of Hazleton treated us like family on the purchase of our new 2026 Highlander. Just an All Star Team from Michael Stash General Manager & Michael Bonin Sales Manager who gave us a great deal, The wonderful extremely nice very knowledgeable salesman Jeff Gaydoscik really worked hard explaining all that Lead Toyota has to offer, gave us the time to test drive the vehicle and answered our questions. The Business Manager Clarisa Caceres is an Angel, extremely efficient, organized, and detailed, made the paperwork process a total pleasure. Now for the Service Department, We ordered additional optional equipment which arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. John Kalnas Service Manager really a nice man is a Rock Star, both he and his team worked quickly and efficiently in a very professional manner to install the extra equipment. We would recommend LeadCar Toyota to anyone. I'm sure we will do future business with this Top Tier Dealership. Just a Wonderful Experience.

Just purchased a new Highlander here and we cannot say enough about Jeff in Sales and the entire Leadcar staff we dealt with during the process!! We have bought a number of cars over the years, with some really great experiences, but this one topped them all. From the day I called and spoke with Jeff about buying a new Highlander, until 2 days later when we drove out the door, we were treated so well. Jeff was very knowledgeable & patient while answering our questions, allowed us all the time we needed to check out the vehicle & pick his brain, and was honest about everything. When we began to discuss costs, there was no shell game and he was upfront about all that we asked about. There were no hidden costs, he explained how the process would work, was fair with our trade and did all he could to be sure we were satisfied before we signed the bottom line. When we went to pick up the car the finance manager was just as professional and explained each and every page we were signing. Jeff patiently spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the electronics and settings to ensure we were confident in how everything worked. He also provided his number so we could reach out with any questions after we drove it for a few days. Before calling Jeff, I was dealing with a local, "big name" dealer close to my home who was not nearly as customer focused as the folks at LeadCar. There is something to be said about dealing with a small-town dealer with honest salespeople. Many thanks to Jeff and the team for making this experience such a pleasure!

Car buying made easy at Leadcar. Ramon was very knowledgeable and friendly. Clarisa in finance was great as well, very efficient. It was a smooth no pressure transaction all the way through. Leadcar Toyota is a top notch dealership. I look forward to getting my car serviced there and working with them again in the future. Para mi gente latina, hablen con Ramon, el es el mejor!

Went in for oil change & tire rotation,didn,t do rotation due to tire wear.So got bill for $87.93,Yikes so it cost me that for just an oil change.Got me once,elsewhere next time. Then they gave me a Price for tires & Aligment ($999.69). Sorry,not a Rich person,got a Price else where for Goodyeat tires & Aligment for half Toyoyo,s $999.69.

We had a horrible experience trying to buy a car from LeadCar Toyota. The salesperson was nice enough as he showed us cars on the lot and took us on a test drive, but when it came time to talk numbers things took a turn. We were looking to buy a new Camry hybrid which was allocated to the dealership but not yet on the lot. We told the salesperson that for us purchasing the car would be contingent on what we could get for our trade-in. The trade was a car that he said would likely just be sold to auction so we weren't optimistic. But instead of trying to work with us, the salesperson pressured us into committing to buying the car before they appraised our trade-in. We told him we would need to see the trade value before committing and he essentially shouted us off the lot, saying if we wanted the new car that we should take it regardless of the trade-in value and that they aren't in the business of giving free appraisals. It really seemed like he was doing everything he could to lose our business. My only guess is that since our trade wasn't valuable to them, he didn't want to sell the car to us. We left and went to Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre where they were extremely helpful, gave us good money for our trade, and got us a slightly used Camry hybrid for a great deal. I'd highly recommend staying away from LeadCar unless you like being shouted at by your salesperson.

Great experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota 4Runner.Sales rep. Michael Clarke was courteous and very helpful.He went out of way to make everything go smoothly in the sale and purchase.Picked me up a half hour away from the dealer to help me out with picking up the 4 Runner.Very satisfied with the final asking price.This is my fourth Toyota.Absolutely love it.

They were in the process of changing ownership, so some steps of the transaction were abnormal and slowed things down. But other than that, the 3 people that i dealt with seemed pleasant, trustworthy, and non-pressure.
