Servicing went well; communication I'd rate a 3. I got texts after I showed up in person to check on status, after a 3-1/2 hour wait. I finally succeeded in having Derek show me how the iQ charger works.

I already filled out the survey No updates were ever given to me. I waited 5 hours at a starbucks for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to call to get an update. The service center seemed overbooked or understaffed. Poor customer service.

Extremely poor communication. I had to call and leave messages only to not get calls back. The worst part was that I was also told two conflicting things about my car. First they found a problem. Then there was no problem.

Don was fantastic. He went above and beyond in taking care of everything I could possibly need. He explained all my options and the costs. He stayed late to help me get the paperwork done. And has been wonderful helping me get acquainted with my new car

Everything was great, except the car was really dirty. I believe they used to wash the cars after service, so I'm guessing that wasn't available because of the construction. Regardless, irrigation would been nice to have mentioned it to me. This is the type of thing that leaves a bad impression, particularly because it's the last thing before going home. What really bother bothered me was that my windshield was super dirty and they didn't even bother to clean it even though they put in new window washer fluid! This is the type of thing that leaves a bad impression, particularly because it's the last thing before going home.
