Going in, I honestly expected that at such a high-volume Toyota dealership I would feel like “just another customer.” That was completely the opposite of my experience. Cheerful, no surprises with prices. No pressure in selling other add-ons. Salesman could be better trained in the features of the vehicle. Could not explain a couple of questions asked.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a deposit refund for a Camry LE purchase. Before paying the deposit, I specifically asked whether the deposit would be refundable if the trade-in offer came back much lower than expected. I was assured by the sales representative that this would not be a problem. However, when the dealership later offered more than $6,000 below Toyota’s online trade-in estimate for my vehicle, I decided not to proceed with the purchase and requested a refund. The representative consulted management and confirmed that the refund would be processed. The issue is that I paid a $1,030 deposit but only received $1,000 back. At no point was I informed that any portion would be non-refundable, and no explanation for the missing $30 was provided. When I contacted the sales representative for clarification, I was told the matter “had nothing to do with him,” and my number was subsequently blocked, preventing further communication. The amount itself is small, but the lack of transparency and professionalism was disappointing. I hope the dealership improves how it handles customer communication and refund issues in the future.

This dealership is stellar. My family has bought multiple cars here and we stick with the Toyota brand specifically because of the group here. There is very little turnover, and our star mechanic has been Sterian, who has services multiple cars over many, many years. His intelligence, communication skills, competence, and professionalism are unmatched! Jenny has been our most wonderful interface handling the appointments and communications. She is warm and accommodating, as well as efficient, quite a pleasure to deal with. When she is not available, her colleagues like Regina pick up the mantle and do a wonderful job. Last but not least, Eric has sold us numerous cars, and is the exact opposite of a car salesman. He is a consultant who listens to what we want and offers us multiple options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of each (every decision is a trade-off, there is no such thing as perfection!) He is so amazing to work with when we want to buy a car, that we refuse to even consider another brand.
