This dealership is stellar. My family has bought multiple cars here and we stick with the Toyota brand specifically because of the group here. There is very little turnover, and our star mechanic has been Sterian, who has services multiple cars over many, many years. His intelligence, communication skills, competence, and professionalism are unmatched! Jenny has been our most wonderful interface handling the appointments and communications. She is warm and accommodating, as well as efficient, quite a pleasure to deal with. When she is not available, her colleagues like Regina pick up the mantle and do a wonderful job. Last but not least, Eric has sold us numerous cars, and is the exact opposite of a car salesman. He is a consultant who listens to what we want and offers us multiple options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of each (every decision is a trade-off, there is no such thing as perfection!) He is so amazing to work with when we want to buy a car, that we refuse to even consider another brand.

I backed down a couple of but Mr. Shukouri was VERY patient and understanding & that contributed largely to my purchase because he came across as trustworthy and not just interested in a sale.

My 2005 Toyota Prius was totaled by my being hit by an unattentive driver so my wife drove us to Alexandria Toyota. We looked at a 2024 Toyota Corolla Crossover. We met with financing and filled out all necessary purchase, insurance and finance forms and I drove the car behind my wife's Volvo 4 hours after entering Alexandria Toyota. Received Outstanding sales and financing help!
