Terrible communication. I was asked to be patient, but I had no clue that that meant an entire week with scarce communication. It was a huge waste of time, and I was willing to sacrifice the dx fee to not give anymore to the business for the repairs I was told I needed. I've dealt with other mechanics and other dealerships, and I've never felt so ignored and unimportant as a customer.
