I had a great experience at Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Plains. Everything was completed in just one day, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4Xe from this dealership 2 years ago. The sales experience was great. I have had issues with the vehicle in the past year and the service rep Rena was outstanding. I would never by another Jeep 4xe but would definitely get another Jeep from this dealership because of the sales and service experience.

I brought my 2013 Jeep in to Tasca on Dec 13th to look at the air suspension and replace the engine mounts. After being told it was repaired, I picked up the Jeep on Dec 20th and drove about 3 miles to my house. The next morning, while transporting my parents to a hospital in the Bronx, I felt a massive vibration and thumping. All the lug nuts on both front wheels were loose. Very loose. I tightened and torqued them correctly myself. The next morning, the Jeep was sitting on the front tires - Airbags! What a surprise! And the "service air suspension immediately" light was on - had never happened before. Took the Jeep back on Dec 23. Was now being told that both front air bags were leaking, and that the air lines "were blown". I know that the service tech screwed up. After 3 weeks of being told "the parts are being shipped", I was told I had best order the parts myself, which I did. I brought them the part (RF airbag) and they installed it. The day before I picked up the Jeep on Jan 31, I was told that the part I supplied had a leak and the Jeep was once again sitting on the front tires. I picked up the car and ordered a replacement RF airbag. I took the Jeep home, and have had tons of engine lights, which I am dealing with myself. There has been no leak in my airbags. I spent $7,816 with this dealership, and have never been more angry and disappointed at anyone in my Jeep life. The level of incompetence, negligence, and dishonesty is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs - they are crooks.

Mike Salhab was my sales person. He was terrific. Helped me through the process and sat with me when the car was delivered to make sure I understood all the systems. I’d recommend going straight to his desk if you’re looking for a Jeep. Try calling him in advance to insure he’ll be around. Loving my new wrangler. Thanks Mike. Also a shout out to Frank who is one of the managers. He’s also top notch. Thanks guys. Bill Blake

I wish my experiences over the last 7 years were as positive as others. The service contacts - Rena, Tristan, Jacob were great but the others in that room do not acknowledge you as if you are invisible. The salespeople are arrogant and condescending, could be because I am a woman. When I scheduled and appointment for service, they offered me a complimentary ride to my home in the next town. When i got there, they said they had no ride available while doing service. Best of luck to everybody else.

It has always been a pleasure dealing with folks at this dealership. I went over to them from another dealership, who shall remain nameless, and what a difference. At that time, they were at the old location on Westchester Avenue. Chris Conticchio is my go-to guy in service. He always explains what is going to be done to the vehicle, the pros and cons of doing or not doing it, and the cost. I have always felt that i could make an informed decision. Thanks Chris keep up the good work. Like anything I purchase the key, and to build loyalty is dependent on the Service. Good Service makes repeat customers. That is what people like Chris do.
