I wish my experiences over the last 7 years were as positive as others. The service contacts - Rena, Tristan, Jacob were great but the others in that room do not acknowledge you as if you are invisible. The salespeople are arrogant and condescending, could be because I am a woman. When I scheduled and appointment for service, they offered me a complimentary ride to my home in the next town. When i got there, they said they had no ride available while doing service. Best of luck to everybody else.

It has always been a pleasure dealing with folks at this dealership. I went over to them from another dealership, who shall remain nameless, and what a difference. At that time, they were at the old location on Westchester Avenue. Chris Conticchio is my go-to guy in service. He always explains what is going to be done to the vehicle, the pros and cons of doing or not doing it, and the cost. I have always felt that i could make an informed decision.
