My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in

My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in Morristown was excellent! After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium SUV, I stopped by the dealership and Orhun Varol was the salesman who helped me. From the Test Drive to the negotiating selling my current car to Nielsen Ford, Mr. Varol kept things going smoothly. He took the time to answer all my questions. I drove out of the dealership a few hours later in my new car, thanks to my excellent salesman Ohrun Varol. A+++

My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in Morristown was excellent! A Shameful Ford dealer of Morristown, NJ.

A Shameful Ford dealer of Morristown, NJ. Dishonest, Crooked management team. Selling Junk Fords. The Lowest class team members include manager Nicolas Lutz, Eduardo Villalona, sales Wayne Amaya. These people sold me a defective 2021 Ford Mustang GT V8 with engine and transmission problems, committed fraud with paperwork at the sale. A Certified Ford vehicle with another vehicle VIN number! These people ruined iconic Ford Brand!. After the sale, They all kept ignoring me, my emails, phone calls ! Vehicle has serious engine and transmission problems at the 46,000 miles. Sounds like odometer was rolled back ! Clean title, CarFax ? evidence of re-painted body parts ! CarFax don't even reflect, did you guys pay off carFax ? This Is a State & Federal crime !!! First I would like you to see yourselves in Channel 12 in NJ then BBB and NJ State of Attorney. Nielsen Ford Sucks, stay away from these criminals...Mr. Nielsen, Fire these people ! They're Not valuable assets to your company, are Criminals running your business. Since I left the review, nobody bothered contacting me, Most people running this type of criminal operations wouldn't want to show their real faces. So my assumption is this is a WOKE company, Hit & run operation = organized crime ! While I'm in process of filing legal documents against this individuals who involved in crimes, will also file a complaint with federal consumer frauds agency & FBI now.. From the top, owner down to sales associate have no character, no personality ! lowest class of humans only care about money, Just steal people's money and consider it's business. What kind of ugly business is this ? Emails went to All management team members, out of 12 individuals, none of them replied back for apologies, All management ! People Stop wasting your money in this dealer and others parts of their dealership group !

I bought my car in october.

I bought my car in october. I paid for it in full. It is now February and i still dont have the title registration or license plates. Can someone please explain this to me. The salesman and the manager that I am working with have been very very kind and are trying very hard, but I just don’t understand how my paperwork is still in Trenton when I bought the car they did not have the title so I tried to work with him and I’ve been very patient but it is now February and I need to have license plates Registration that is valid and the title to my car that I purchased. Can someone please help me with this I’m trying to be as patient as I can be, but I don’t know where else to turn to unless I get legal advice.

The absolute worst dealership I've ever visited.

The absolute worst dealership I've ever visited. Steve, the Used Car Manager, is the rudest, most condescending individual I've met. I have no idea how he keeps his job. Read all of the reviews and take our word for it. Go elsewhere!

I dropped my ford off on August 3 at the service

I dropped my ford off on August 3 at the service department to be diagnosed for an issue. I was called by my service advisor Connor Kearns later that day saying that the motor mounts needed to be replaced. Connor informed me that the car should be ready by the end of the next week. I called on August 12th to find out the status of my vehicle and, this is when the game of getting sent to voicemail started. I've been struggling to talk to anyone at Nielson Ford in Morristown. Everytime I ask to be transferred to my service advisor or service manager I get sent to voicemail and, nobody calls me back. I set an appointment up with Connor at some point between August 12th- August 19 to pick up a courtesy vehicle. I was told to come to the dealership on August 22nd at 11AM to speak with the person. When I arrived Connor informed me that somehow he did not know the gentalman who handles the courtesy vehicles was going on vacation. So we had to wait around for about 2 hours before someone from another location could come to help us.How do you not know if you set up the appointment. On the morning of August 23, I received a Call from Connor advising me that the part needed to complete the repair on my vehicle and should be done by August 26th. It's been 2 weeks since I've been able to speak to a person at the dealership. Its unfortunate that I've had to have my father ask friends of his who work at other Nielson dealerships to figure out the status of my car. As of today the Service manager informed us that the parts weren't even there and no approximate ship/ manufacture date. This dealership lack in communication and competence and if their sales department is anything like the service department I would advise to purchase your Ford from another dealer. And, if you want to have some sense of peace that your vehicle is properly getting taken care of, don't use Nielson Ford of Morristown's service department

Had a wonderful experience at Nielsen. Steve Silverstein could not have been more helpful getting me into my new car. I will be getting all of my cars here from now on and telling my friends to do the same. Great dealership!!!
