There was a service person ( Holy Exume,) extremely personable and helpful. I understand that he is no longer there, but at another business, I was looking forward to seeing him again. How customers are greeted and serviced at a business is extremely important.

Diagnosed Quickly
Service was: great communication, quick diagnostic, quick fix, and with a coupon from online, reasonable. Honestly, getting it towed to the 'dealership' scared me thinking you'd look for other things to charge for...not the case at all. Totally happy.

Clock spring repair
It was a little pricey but had to be done. Staff was very friendly. Hours were convenient for my schedule. Conversely located not far from my location.

I love my new car!

Made bad choice going there
Made appointment 2 days in advance so I could get car seen first thing. At lunch time car was not it. This was for check engine lite and rpm jumping up and down while driving. Told had to pay rediculous diagnostic fee but agreed to it to find problem. Well the code said I needed a sensor which was put on but then they started the up sell process and when I asked what the service engine light said they told me it was off and they could not duplicate the problem. All I can say is beware of there diagnostic scam

Labor
Labor rate is 135.00 per hour. That is outrageous. Service manager was very courteous. Parts are very high. The new battery cost over 200.00. I cannot afford these prices

Poor customer service
Talked to Marq and he was to call me at 1200 to 1000 on 02/08 did no call until 6 pm and said he got busy and forgot. If selling cars is his living he got a problem.
