Great Customer Service - my Service advisor Donna was very helpful and professional. I did not buy my car here but she treated me just like I did.

Excellent Customer Service

I think the customer service is top notched and always has been. My issue is that I have issues with my vehicle that I feel strongly and 2 other mechanics have experienced and confirmed but safford see, feels or hears nothing. It's only when its absolutely horrible and my warranty is gone that they find problems.

New truck purchase

Got what I wanted though they didn’t have it on site. Had to bargain hard to get to the numbers that were acceptable. Vehicle was clean but fuel tank not full and had to wait to get paper tags longer than I wanted. The salesman gave us his number to call before we went to pick up but he wasn’t at work so no one knew to do final prep. Also it would have been nice to have someone go over all the features since this is the first new dodge truck we have purchased.

Fast and Competitive Service Pricing

Waffles provided expert service on replacing AC Compressor and replacing the belt. We initially took it to another repair shop which could fix the whole and would have charged us several hundred dollars more for than could do, which was less than what Swafford did to actually fix the problem.

Extremely Satisfied!

I came to Safford after receiving an $800 estimate for a repair to my used 2016 Jeep Renegade from another dealership. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem for under $200. The staff are all professional and efficient and the waiting area is immaculate. My jeep rides more smoothly and I feel very confident in the repairs made to my vehicle.

New Jeep Gladiator

Great car buying experience! Our salesman, Jeff Marine, was knowledgeable, and very helpful in facilitating the overall purchase process in an efficient manner. The Overall staff was attentive and made us feel valued as customers. Safford wasn’t the first dealer we visited, but we’re happy we did. We love our new Jeep Gladiator!
