I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my new car at Nissan. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how accommodating and understanding they were. I had just paid off my previous auto loan only days before my car unexpectedly died, which was incredibly stressful. The team showed real empathy for my situation and worked quickly to get me into a brand new vehicle without any added pressure. We spoke with Heidi about a used bronco sport.

We spoke with Heidi about a used bronco sport. It is an hour drive from our home, so I expressed to her, if this car isn't available , please let us know so we don't waste our Saturday driving an hour. She said it is available and I will have it our front and ready for you to drive. I told her we would be there between 1pm -2pm. We got there and they informed us the car was sold. I will never go to this dealership again. That was very unprofessional. I did end up buying a 2025 Bronco from West Herr. West Herr on West Ridge Road was beyond amazing.
