It was difficult to reach a person. Not a good way to communicate purpose of visit so time was wasted. Then the issue wasn't resolved though said it was. Have to bring it back

Friendly, helpful staff. My vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable

was good overall.. needed the 15 k oil change.they did it in an hour and a half, which was a first!! .but then the worker was trying to push a $300 ' maintenance step' thing, which was really only changing the air filters and tire rotation, which had already been done a month ago as I had to have a tire replaced....i googled average price for that,not said $150!

I was there for less than 30 minutes. The intake specialist gave me his name but I do not remember it. The parking was a little weird as all parking spots were filled with cars for sale or other customer cars.

Hard to make an appointment or contact service person but service personel are excellant and service was very good
