They scheduled me quickly. There was an initial miscommunication between the service manager and technician, which resulted in a couple day delay in completing the repair. The repair was OK and the price fair.

I thought Nico did a good job, but I was left disappointed and confused. The vehicle was listed for just over $43,000, but the price when we processed the lease was $48,000. That's a bit deceiving. I was told that the price to buy is different than the price to lease. What's the difference? Also, I had to wait a long time the night of the purchase only to get a surprise. I was told that the final monthly payment would be different than what I was told during negotiations. It took nearly an hour to resolve that. I was so tired that I never got time to learn about the new features of the vehicle. This is not my first disappointing experience with this dealership. I am a half to reconsider my future options.

Basically got a lemon. Had bumper to bumper for the first 30 days and they wanted to put used parts in my car. Still told me they didn’t but I’ll never believe it. So many issues I’m running into now that I’m out of the 30 days. Joe who sold me the car, tried to say that even though I told them within the first 30 days of the issue, the part wouldn’t come in time so they technically aren’t required to put it in and they were just doing me a favor. I talked to someone more competent (Jim) and got the part put in. Still was quite the hassle.
