Came from out of state. Found car on car gurus. At first, ver impressed with dealer as far as follow up and even got call from general manager thanking me for coming to them. So got down there and truck was full of rust. So I test drove it and seem to run fine. Signed some papers that the finance guy finally came out after waiting for 30 min and he didn’t go over any truth and lending. So, drove truck home. Told salesman rear camera not working even though on site it was advertised to be working and he told me that they would not be taking g care of that. Right rear tail light fell out on way home. Front headlights were worn so bad that they were cracked. Now did sign waver buying as is but I did expect more. Got truck home and started checking fluids. Oil was good but there was not a drop of coolant in reservoir!!! Took it to local shop and they had to replace a ton of stuff under hood. I reached back out to general manager by the name of Bill. He answered phone and I told him shape truck was in. He told me he wason vacation but to call him two days later and he would make it right with me. I asked how? He told me they would put me in something else or he would help me monetarily. So I got repair order and called him multiple times and never got return call. I sent him copy of the bill a d told him I would split it with him. Again nothing. Very disappointed here with entire process and I encourage anyone that buys from them as is….. take a mechanic with u and be prepared to walk away…. That’s exactly what I should have done. And on the price listed on car gurus, didn’t match what I bought it for…. Over 1k higher…. Again made a mistake but don’t let this be your mistake.

Was very happy with them. The mechanic took the time to show us how to put the convertible roof up and down , And what to look for if it didn’t work.

Very friendly, nice polite and curious. The only thing I had such a find time at this dealership we both forgot the main paper work on the loan, but there working to get out to me right away, very nice to do business.

Was supposed to do complete service on car we purchased. Oil wasn’t changed, air filter dirty and even the windshield wipers rubber was dangling. And when we test drive the vehicle before purchase the car smelled great, after the put on the new brakes and tires we picked up the car and it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. And the car had grease prints inside and out. Terrible service and delivery.

Drove over an hour to the dealership to see a car that we were interested in. The listed price was 25999. We test drove and asked for out the door price. The sales department tacked on 1000 dollar for no trade in and 1000 dollars for no financing. Keep your car....You will never see a penny from me.
