The Cylinder head on my Volkswagen failed, and I was quoted over $8000 at two other dealerships for a known issue. Paul and Chris helped me, asked for my service records, and fought with VW for a week to get me Goodwill assistance, and save me 90% of the bill. I paid less than $1000 for what two other locations refused to even ask VW for help. It's a bit of a drive, but I'll make it to go here and I recommend them to anyone who asks.
