I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I was in need of a new car desperately but not enough to fall for these people. Went in to look at a nice CX-5 with low miles, one owner no accidents. Took it for a test drive and mentioned to the salesman that the inside was a mess. Was told it hadn't been through for cleaning yet. Got back from the drive and did a walk around the vehicle and found a broken headlight, grill was smashed and deep scratches across the hood. Was then told it hadn't been through service but it had new inspection stickers and oil change was just done. Something didn't feel right. They offered to lower the vehicle price by 2500 if they didn't have to fix it. That would have been way more than that if I did it myself so I declined. Was told it could be fixed in about a week but I had to take the vehicle as is and schedule it to be fixed. I asked for a courtesy vehicle while my newly purchased car would be getting fixed and they seemed off put by that. I walked away quickly. This is not good business practice at all. Stop showing vehicles that are not clean and ready to be purchased. Drove to a neighboring dealership and test drove a clean and truly inspected vehicle and drove it home 2 hours later. Stay away from this place!

2018 Mazda CX-9 JM3TCBDY4J0232044, 89641 MILES I am writing to formally complain about the incorrect diagnosis and repair recommendation provided by your service department regarding my Mazda. In October 2025, I brought my vehicle to your dealership for diagnosis due to idling issues and multiple warning lights on the dashboard. Your technician informed me that the problem required replacement of the entire wiring harness, and I relied on your professional diagnosis. After that visit, I drove the vehicle less than 300 miles before the same exact problem returned. I was forced to tow the vehicle back to your dealership again for the identical symptoms — idling problems and warning lights. Now, your technician is telling me that the issue is actually related to Cylinder 2 and 3 and the power liftgate Module , with an estimated repair cost of over $5,000. This clearly indicates that the original diagnosis provided by your dealership was incorrect. I trusted your dealership as an authorized Mazda service center to properly diagnose the issue the first time. Instead, I am now facing a much larger repair bill for a problem that was never properly identified. I do not have the budget to pay $5,000+ for repairs that stem from a misdiagnosis by your shop. I believe your dealership should take responsibility for this situation and work with me toward a fair resolution. I am requesting that: The vehicle be re-evaluated properly at no charge, and A reasonable solution be offered due to the incorrect original diagnosis and repeat failure. Please understand that I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I expect this matter to be handled professionally and fairly.

Kenny was excellent to work with! I loved his knowledge of all the vehicles and his consultative sales approach. There was no pressure or “hard” selling. Kenny was interested in what I was looking for and why and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I walked away from this dealership due to non-transparent and profit-driven practices. A $1,000 documentation fee was added, and I was repeatedly steered toward third-party financing instead of being clearly presented with all options. I was told that Mazda Financial Services would be multiple percentage points higher than third-party lenders, but the actual Mazda Financial rate was never disclosed for comparison. When I said I wanted to use my own financing, I was told I would need to jump through additional hoops and return multiple times. The process felt focused on maximizing dealership profit rather than transparency, so I chose not to move forward.
