Call desk gave me an appointment but when I got to Olden Ave Ewing, NJ they had no record of it. Recall work they said they did was not performed as steering column was still dirty; no finger prints. No muti-point checklist performed as noted on invoice nor were the floors and seats vacuumed as noted on invoice.
