I had a good experience with the lease of my 2026 qx60.

I had a good experience with the lease of my 2026 qx60. However, today on March 23 at 11:00am I drove from NYC to Edison to pick up my license plates due to the fact that Edison Infiniti refused to mail them to me. Setting aside the poor business practice, I went in and met the rudest woman employee I have ever encountered. I asked her if the registration sticker was in the packet with the plates and she told me to go see my salesman for help with a belligerent attitude. i assumed she knew about the procedures as I was pickijg up plates from her. It was absolutely disgusting as I drove all the way there for the plates. She treated me like a dog and I told her she was the rudest peraon I ever mst. She should not be a face person at any business and should be replaced. Please fire her.

Will never enter that place again.

Will never enter that place again. Want to ask some information and the sales person was very disrespectful. He was getting very loud with. He want to add so many fees that don’t make sense. Just so unprofessional.

Complete mismanagement from stem to stern.

Complete mismanagement from stem to stern. The sales floor managers were constantly screaming at and berating the salesman behind the glass doors. The finance manager (only one was working) took over 2.5 hours with a single client. I had my deal all set and ready to purchase (lease). I was so infuriated with the 3 hour wait time, mismanagement, and lack of client focus that I left the dealer entirely. Needless to say, this experience does not reflect well on its owners, nor the Infiniti brand.

Recently purchased an auto at Edison Infiniti.

Recently purchased an auto at Edison Infiniti. It was a very good experience. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Most important factor in the sale, however, was my salesperson Blake; who was just exceptional. Very knowledgeable on all the autos they sell, very friendly and goes out of his way to help the buyer. Even after the sale he set up the car Wi-Fi before I left. Strongly recommend if using Edison try using Blake for your purchase as he is the best.

Zeke Perkinson is an excellent salesman. Great customer facing personality. Quickly provided all the information I requested on the car. Support people in sales management and finance were good too. Smooth processes. They delivered that car 100 miles without charge.

I visited the Edison Infiniti with a specific car in

I visited the Edison Infiniti with a specific car in mind, the Q50, which is a real challenge to find given its discontinuation. That said, Stephen Leonardis, knowing that he didn't necessarily have the exact car I wanted, took a considerable amount of time in going over the specs before taking it for a test drive. He was patient, attentive and extremely informative. If it works out, Stephen will have a client for life. I will be sure to relay my exceptionally positive experience with my friends and family. Had an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had in

Had an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had in inventory. I received multiple calls from different employees confirming the appointment. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership only to find that the vehicle I had an appointment to look at was not on the lot. They said the vehicle was at a sister store and over an hour away. Shady Shady Shady business practices. Manager (Steve) was no help whatsoever. Total waste of my time which nobody seemed to care about.

Very pleasant to talk to.

Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.
