I thought I had a appointment that. Apparently I didn't. She did book me. Gave my name and number. I showed up at the time scheduled. Gave name and signed my name. I ended up with a text to Don. My receipt said Don. After I said my name. The vehicle and number is mine. Don has nothing to do with the phone number and vehicle. He passed away before I got the vehicle. When you punch in my number into your computer, it'll bring up my number, at least used too. So what happened? I wasn't to worried about it, she said that she'll fix it. Then I received this text for Don, not me. So it is obvious that it is not fixed. Otherwise it would have said 'Frank'.

The process should’ve been easy. We knew the car we wanted and knew the price we wanted to pay. That’s when things went wrong. They changed numbers around to be confusing and even added 1200$ to the sticker price so they wouldn’t give in to the price I wanted. Then they botched the job of the sale somehow so I got two payment slips for the same car. I’ll keep buying Toyota but I’m never coming back here. And now I’m filling out a survey for my Toyota grand highlander purchase and it only has ford products to choose from. You guys need to find a better business. One you can’t screw up.

Excellent experience. D'vonte and Danny really work extra hard to get us the best deal, and made it more than worth my while to travel 3 hours from home. Bob in finance was a pleasure to work with, and everyone made sure it was an easy and streamlined process. Check these guys out wherever you are in Ohio/western Pennsylvania. Its worth the drive!

When I got in my new car there was a lot of damage to my rear bumper .I have to wait until next Monday to get a rental. Should of never let me take it off the lot.

We went in looking for a specific vehicle and within minutes our sales rep. had the vehicle out for us and described everything in complete detail. The financing went as planned and was very easy for us. The whole experience was very professional!
