West Herr Mazda of Canandaigua

I've been a long time customer of another car dealership in the Rochester area. I've always found them to be honest, fair, was easy to deal with. However, when I went to West Herr Mazda I was amazed with a sales team that was focused on getting me the best deal and making sure that I was happy with the vehicle choice that I was making. As part of the process, I asked to meet with the service folks. Both of the service managers that I met were amazingly friendly, open and honest. The finance person made things easy. The gentleman who sells the dealer aftermarket things like the warranty and the ceramic coating was clear and concise about the options but did not push them them or try to sway me in either direction. If you are looking for a place to get an honest and fair deal from West Herr is a great dealership to do business with. When I walked in I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a vehicle or not. However, once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, West Herr was able to prepare it and have it ready for me by the end of the day.

Customer service here is always superb. Kind people who take the time to answer questions and communicate effectively.

His team acquired the parts and performed the repair in two weeks. West Herr offered a loaner car throughout the process. Overall situation was treated professionally and was customer focused. This was by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Tarah, Tamara, Bill and everyone else we met along the way could not have been nicer! No pressure, super helpful, excellent communication without being annoying. Did all the work with insurance and the DMV and found a plan rate that beat our credit union. Well worth the drive to Canandaigua! We are West Herr customers from now on!

Bought my first ever CX-50 in July from Chris at West Herr and then decided that I needed something a little smaller. Called him up and he found me a CX-5 that hit all the marks that I was looking for. In and out just like before. I highly recommend West Herr Mazda and Chris to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Too bad they do not sell trucks there.
