Service department is great to work with each time I go
Service department is great to work with each time I go in. It doesn’t matter if there is a problem or it’s general maintenance. They keep me updated on how things are and check in when they find a problem.

I had an issue with my windshield fluid not dispensing
I had an issue with my windshield fluid not dispensing and the service department was able to get my vehicle in quickly and replace a faulty fuse to fix the issue. Great service! Give West Herr Honda a call for your auto service needs. They are very responsive, thorough and friendly!

The salesman was a good guy and personable, but I didn't
The salesman was a good guy and personable, but I didn't get treated well by the Business Manager. Just keep good notes of all negotiations. They also were about three days late on promised delivery date. FYI, we bought the car one year ago and the tread on the Bridgestone tires just barely passed inspection with a mileage of 20800. And there is no warranty on the tires and was told not to expect more than 25000. Bridgestone used to be a good brand and that is no longer the case.

Work is thorough and is completed in very reasonable
Work is thorough and is completed in very reasonable amount of time. Service writers respond to questions addressing any concerns completely. They price jobs, according to the service writers, by Honda’s book which apparently inflates the labor. For example, my repair order was open for 48 minutes but I was billed for 152 minutes.
