I’ve been a client at West Herr where I leased my Trsilblazer and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the service provided by Mike and the crew.

Mayday was very professional, knowledgeable and has very great customer service. She was very patient with me when working with my cell phone. The people that we had contact were great.

Casey was top notch, as always. I told him what I wanted in my 2500hd and he found the truck and had it there the next day. Whole Olivia didn't do my paperwork this time, she came right over to say hello and was as lovely as ever. I highly recommend this team specifically when working with West Herr. 10/10!

Justin in the service department was phenomenal to deal with. Unfortunately had a few issues with other dealerships servicing my gmc sierra but Justin was super professional, provided accurate time estimates, issued a loaner that was new and clean, and filled me in on the process they were making at critical checkpoints. West Herr is lucky to have him and my family and I will only be going to Justin with our service needs.

Good and friendly service . Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We were pleased with the overall experience!

I went to West Herr Chevy. I’ve bought two cars from here. They’re honest and quick. They meet each one of your requirements and don’t try to sway you one way or another. My sales guy Ahmet was very patient and understanding. They have really good finance options and got me better rates than I asked for. I went in after car was totaled and needed a new car fast and they were also knowledgeable on the process of initiating the gap loans and transferring warranty and coverage from the one loan to the other. I won’t use any other dealer other than West Herr.

Justin and techs did a great job, diagnosing, reparing and most of all communicating to me throughout the process. Very clean shop l, waiting area and efficient checkin procedure.
