Feels like a luxury car dealership should

Will in service is very welcoming, honest, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel like an appreciated customer. This dealership really treats you like a luxury car owner from the friendly greetings from everyone, a vacuumed and cleaned car after an oil change. Really nice experience overall!

Just wonderful!

From the very first encounter with the front receptionist to Daniel Lohse my salesman , stephan the young man who helped show me all the ins and outs of the car and nick in finance, I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to do business there at Empire Volvo of Smithtown! Everyone we dealt with had patience and not once tried to rush their time with me or push the sale. You don’t get that everywhere! I hope they don’t change! By the way Stephan is a hidden gem) . Thanks for making me a satisfied customer!

Best Dealer experience in 40 Years

My wife and I had a great experience at Empire Volvo. We had a wonderful salesperson in Svetlana. She was polite and knowledgeable. I already had my financing set up, but she convinced me that the dealership could do better, and you did. Nick, who did all the financial paperwork made the process easy and painless. He went over everything to make sure I was happy. There were no hidden fees; the price quoted was the price paid. When the XC60 was ready, Stephan explained all of the features. My wife, who is not a car person, was grateful for his knowledge. As we waited for the paperwork several people asked if we would like a refreshment. The customer waiting area was immaculate and we both appreciated the professionalism of the staff.

Great sales and service department

Worked with Lana Vladi, she was very helpful in getting us into the car we wanted. I was disappointed with the last minute evaluation of our trade in and I might have made other arrangements if I had that offer earlier.

Transparent and candid, which you do not find at dealerships service departments. They went above and beyond to solve the issue in a timely manner. Nash was proactive with communication, I never had to call for an update, he kept me informed every step of the way. If you have a Volvo, don't go anywhere else!!

Service

I did not get names, but from the receptionist at the door to the 2 gentlemen at the service desk was a great experience. The one gentleman kept me updated on the timeline to get my car back. Loved that the most I wanted to add that the reason I gave overall facilities a 2 rating was because Eagle auto had exceptional facilities and I couldn’t help but compare

Highly Recommend Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown!

I would highly recommend Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown! This was the first time I was going to purchase a new car, solo, without my husband. I was a bit nervous, but my fears were put to rest as soon as I entered the showroom. My salesperson, Lana, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We test drove two models and she did not pressure me one bit. As soon as we met, I felt I was in good hands, and I was! Everyone I encountered through the whole process was so pleasant. Visit Empire Volvo if you are looking for a new car, you won't regret it. P.S. I love, love, love my new 2024 XC 60. Thanks so much Lana!!

Buying my existing leased car

Errol Hall, salesman and Dylan, the Sales manager and Nick the finance manager were all professional, informative, extremely helpful, and a sincere pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Empire Volvo for anyone needing to do any type of auto business.

Getting my car repaired was very important to me.

My volvo was seen, repaired and returned to me in two days. The service department kept me informed and current on the repair of my car.
