Very good customer service experience with service writer Rey. Very kind, courteous and professional. ALL service writers at ALL Dealerships need some training in people skills however. You only get ONE chance to make a good impression.

When we contacted dealership asked about a vehicle that they showed to have in stock the salesman immediately looked it up and told me yes it was available on day of purchase reached out to the salesman. Let him know we were on our way when we got there it was raining. They came out with umbrellas and walked us in to start the process. They were very helpful. It was a very short process for us. Everything was very effective.

I bought a gladiator from Zach and it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Then he introduced me to Gambino his knowledge of jeeps was amazing. They are going to help me get the right parts to get my Jeep set up like I want
