I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Preston Dodge. Kahlil Anthony, the Sales Director, was incredibly helpful with my 2022 Ram trade-in and offered me the best value—higher than any other dealership. Jason Cuglietto, the finance manager, made the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure at all in the office, and he secured the best interest rate for me. His attention to detail and expertise in the field are outstanding. Lastly, my salesperson, Elton, was incredibly friendly and helped me find my dream vehicle. I highly endorse and recommend that everyone purchase their vehicles from Preston Dodge.

Do not work with Elton caballero or any of the staff. Completely unprofessional and scam. Tried purchasing a jeep online since I’m 4 hours away and was made to go through jump after jump by adding car to my insurance and paying $250 to add that, as well as making financial adjustments, ordering checks, paid for pick up which was also $600. Just to tell me last minute (the day I’m supposed to be receiving contracts and forms) to mail back with messaging me that Saturday morning that they “sold” it. After they dinged my credit and made me go through all these jumps and disregarded other jeeps I’ve could’ve purchased instead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER. Completely xxxxxxxx.

I want to say that my problem I had with my 2009 T&C was fixed . Skip was very helpful in making this happen. The service dept. made me feel comfortable and were very professional in the way they handled my problem.
