Lacking in communication issues and was in the dark for the most part. When completed was not provided any description of what the problem had been or solution. Would have been nice to know if there was anything I had done or what to look for going forward. The communication platform utilized to contact customers seems to need a “little” work. And I may be knit picking here but as purchased a vehicle in the Wagoneer series I was told those vehicles get picked and then delivered to customer when completed? Latest service I was instructed to have the vehicle towed to dealership then when service was finally completed, there were no drivers available to drop off at my home. I was offered a ride to come pick up though. Not overly dissatisfied just think there are some things that could use some fine tuning to provide a very positive customer experience

I went to CardinaleWay CDJR on May 14th to have my truck serviced. At first, I thought there may have been a few discrepancies with some of the information I was given, but once everything was figured out, they really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I decided to skip having them do my oil change because they quoted me around $330 for my diesel. Not an unreasonable price for a diesel service, just more than I wanted to spend at the time. Unfortunately, while changing the oil myself, I broke the hex nut off my oil filter housing cap and ended up in a pretty tight spot. I called CardinaleWay, and they had the replacement part ready for me Saturday morning. Their team really helped me out when I needed it most, and I truly appreciate the service and support they provided. 5 stars for CardinaleWay CDJR. If I could give more, I would.

It was just for a recall on my airbags . I called him up. They said they had the pardon. I am in an appointment came in a few days later dropped it off. Came back later in the afternoon and picked it up really good service. I was in and out thank you.

My first choice for service on my 2022 Rubicon 392. Easy scheduling, great customer service and highly qualified mechanics - never any pressure at all. Always a smooth experience and a pleasure working with the team at Cardinale!!

I had an amazing experience buying my car here. Lucas, the salesman, was super nice and very chill he helped me with everything and answered every question without any pressure. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles over the years and have dealt with some pretty bad sales managers in the past, but Ivan was the complete opposite. He went out of his way to help get this deal done and is by far the best sales manager I’ve ever worked with. The whole process was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Cardinal Way in Santa Rosa, CA, and during the sale was told I could not buy the car unless I purchased add-ons like catalytic converter etching, paint sealing, and stolen vehicle marking. My contract clearly shows these items were optional, so I was effectively forced to pay for products I did not want. I’ve filed complaints with Ram corporate and the California DMV, and have reached out to the dealership directly with no response to make it right. This experience was misleading and stressful — make sure you read your contract carefully and know your rights before buying here. I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership or their other dealerships if this is how they do business.
