Randy is the most amazing service tech on the planet! He is attentive and kind and makes sure I understand everything that is going on. He isn’t pushy nor does he talk down to me because I’m a woman (as many, many service techs have done!!). I just wish we still had our techs assigned to us so we don’t have to remember to specifically ask for them. It would be nice so we could set up our appt online. As it is I have to call and I have to remember to specifically ask for Randy or I won’t get him. I DO NOT like this change to the way the service department operates. But I also know the service department had nothing to do with this change.

Found my new Tacoma dead in the garage on Wednesday. Never a good situation. I called my dealership here, in Motor City. I called service department and they got me set up with AAA for a tow to the dealership. The battery failed and warranty covered it. Strather Shaw, helped me at the dealership from the start to the finish and having a ride come get me. Strather, helped through four or five calls and really helped me out with the anxiety of this issue. He even drove my truck to the front for my easy exit. A negative situation that was made so much easier. Thank you Strather!! Once again..

I was informed incorrectly when I purchased my Toyota from another dealership, in regards to my service agreement. Mr. Strather Shaw was amazing when he assisted me with the correct information and even went a step further and ensured that my vehicle was serviced. Thank you!

The car we test drove had a broken lane departure system. When I informed the salesman, he treated me like I was too dumb to just turn it on. It wasn’t until my husband agreed it didn’t work that he said he would have a technician work on it. Even then he came back and said the technician said it turned on, but no one took it out on the road to see that it didn’t actually work. While we waited for that to happen, we were told the sales manager would come over to talk numbers. We waited with no word from anyone for over 30 minutes. Since no one thought our time was valuable enough to talk to us, we just left and bought a car at Echo Park instead.

The very least that I can say about Mr. Shaw is that he is an excellent representative for your dealership, and for Toyota automobiles. He is strikes me as a Toyota content expert, is product knowledgeable, and is generous with his service time explaining what was needed and what was done. Randy Lee did a great job during my service visit today! He was very polite and informative regarding the services being done, being recommended, and working to correct the washer nozzle. Great experience! Good to have another wonderful customer service experience at CST.

Sarah Massanou is the best service person I’ve ever dealt with! She is honest, caring and is helpful! These are traits that are hard to maintain in the daily grind of a service department. I hope she is running this dealership one day!
