Worst car buying experience in my lifetime. Super high pressure sales tactics to purchase worthless after market add-ons, some of which were already installed on the vehicle for the listed price. Forced financing even though I was paying cash. Hours to complete the process. After I paid it off immediately they failed to send the pink slip in a timely fashion required by law. I seriously question the integrity of the 5 star reviews, would be nice to find a way to verify them. Do not do business with any of their dealerships or you will pay the price, literally!

The issue wasn’t the work—it was communication. I received mixed messages about pickup and warranty status, and ended up doing follow-up that wasn’t necessary. Better communication would have made this a much smoother experience.

I stopped by this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership in Norco while driving home from school in Pomona to look at a 2020 Jaguar F-PACE SVR. Marvin and Mayra were great during my first visit, and although I had no intention of buying that day, Marvin gave me a verbal offer that was nearly $5,000 below the listed price. Based on that offer, I scheduled a second appointment and returned a week later with the intention of purchasing the car. When I arrived for the appointment, a different sales manager immediately told us that although he had heard about the previous offer, he had zero intention of selling the car for even a penny under asking price. No negotiation, no attempt to understand the situation — just a flat refusal. I ended up wasting half a day driving 80 miles round-trip only to find out they never planned to honor the offer their own team made. To make matters worse, after we got home that night, the GM sent an automated text asking if there was anything he could do to help. I called the number — understandably, he wasn't available — but he didn’t bother reaching out the next day either. Instead, he had yet another sales manager call me to “see what the issue was,” which made the whole situation feel even more disorganized and dismissive. Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and like my time meant nothing to them. I would strongly recommend refraining from even considering doing business with this dealership.

Adib, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or confusion during your recent visits. After a thorough internal review and speaking directly with Marvin, it was clear that the conversation involved questions such as: “If the car were priced at XXXX, would that earn your business?” or “If your payment were XXXX, would that work for you?”—not a concrete offer or agreement to sell the vehicle at that price. The answer to each of those questions at the time was no, and at no point was a firm price reduction or $5,000 discount offered or agreed to. Our used vehicles are priced to sell, and we simply do not have that kind of margin on our cars. I also see that multiple members of upper management reached out and spoke with you to make sure the situation was properly communicated. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet the pricing you were expecting, and while we do everything we can to say “yes,” we also must operate with transparency and within the limits of the vehicle’s market value. We truly apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand your time is valuable. While we were unable to come to an agreement in this case, we appreciate the opportunity and wish you all the best in your search. I am also more than happy to assist you in a fair transparent deal for this beautiful car. Making sure we beat any other similar f pace out there. Thank you
