I’m extremely satisfied with Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord’s maintenance of my car. I called the service center to make an appointment to get a burnt out brake light replaced and I was scheduled the next day which was really awesome. The technician replaced the brake light bulb in just a few minutes. They also performed a multi-point inspection and checked tire pressure. Shannon Lubkeman, the customer service advisor and the rest of the staff were very professional, respectful, competent, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I highly recommend Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord for their excellent regular maintenance service to make sure that your vehicle is safe to drive, reliable to maintain your vehicle’s highest level of performance.

Absolutely avoid this dealership they will do anything to mislead you. My wife and I were very nervous. They got us to come inside when a negotiated price was fair, but when it went to the finance manager, they changed all the numbers around, slipped in new paperwork, and all new set of numbers, including warranties that we vehemently denied wanting, now we have to get a lawyer. Please avoid nobody needs this in their life.

We had a sales manager (Amin Ansari) try to bait and switch us and try to sell us cheaper car using a more expensive vin. My wife and I wanted to purchase a 2023 dodge hornet and we settled on a price. When we went to do the final paperwork with the finance team we saw the vins didn't match and the prices were different. We were in the dealership for over 8 hours trying to correct this bait and switch.

I am 85 years old, and my friend is 72 years old, she has Parkinson’s disease and uses a walker to get around, she can’t speak above a whisper, so I have to talk for.her, I have a bad knee and I have to use a cane to get around…. she had an accident and wrecked her car and had a settlement for $30,000., that said, I would like to explain why I am writing this….. last Saturday on the 18th she came down from Auburn California so I can take her car shopping, she was interested in getting a used Hyundai SUV..We went to Future Hyundai in Concord, and talked to a salesman by the name of Hans.Anwar, he showed us a 2020 silver Tucson Ultimate SUV with 25,600 miles on it, he said the price was $36,900 dollars. we made an offer of $30,000 out the door, he said he would have to talk to his manager and when he came out he said no deal can we go higher and we said $31,000 and he talk to his manager again and said he couldn’t go less than $33,000 for the car of course we couldn’t go that high so I took his card with his phone number on it and left.. we came home and discussed the price and the car. She really wanted it bad so I told her I would loan her the money, so later that day, I called Hans back on his cell phone and he told me it was too late the car was sold so she went home to Auburn….. the next day on Sunday the 19th. I was searching the Internet and looked at your other dealership; Hyundai jeep and saw the same SUV for sale for $32,995, so I called and talked to one of your salesman and asked him if it was the same SUV that was at future Hyundai be said yes it was, I explain that I saw the car at a Hyundai dealership and I was familiar with the car and I would like to make offer on it.. he said he was busy at the moment, but he took my phone number and said he would call me back…. today is Monday the 20th and I still haven’t heard from your him…Is this the way your salesman treat older handicap citizens? …… before I go viral with this I would like to know what your management has to say about this.

Horrible experience. Trying to resolve a dispute. Dealership will not respond to my communications. They are ghosting me and refusing to pay me money owed.

I have taken my vehicles in several times for scheduled maintenance and have slwsys received great service. Yesterday was no exception. Shannon helped us out with installing replacement bulbs for the headlights. She was efficient and friendly and got us in and out in a minimum amount of time. I would recommend going to Future CJDR for sales and service.

Went to test drive and buy a truck. So far so good until salesman Francisco tells sales manager Frank, that I don’t have a job. Freddy comes out and, no introduction, sits down and says “what are you trying to do here?” How can I ask to finance a car if I don’t have a job? Like I’m wasting their time. I never once asked to finance, I asked for their best price. I was a cash buyer. These guys not professionals. Smarmy and rude.

After commuting 800 to 1000 miles per week, my Poor Little 2012 Avocado Green Fiat finally kicked the bucket... 😭 But thanks to Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord's Top Notch Customer Service and a team who went above and WAY beyond, we were able to get into this little beauty. A Brand New 2020 Jeep Renegade with only 7 miles on it! We absolutely love it!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone in the market for a great car and superb customer service.
