Out of town buyer here. August 2 I flew down to buy a car. I told the salesperson John and Alex the finance guy that the car will be put to the test due to me going to drive it to the auto train in Sanford. That very day the temperature gage was above normal. August 8 I took the car to have the mechanic look at it. The car needed a radiator cooling fan, air duct, air box, engine air filter, oil change, cabin filter, windshield wipers, rear brakes, 2 of the amber lights are out, no spare, and no jack. I hadn't even had the car 7 days yet. Also John in sales told me the car has a warranty for nicks, scraps, upholstery, and a few other things. I told John I wanted to use it for the ceiling because it is falling down. I reached out to John about the warranty info. John did get me a phone number to Zurich. In which Zurich told me the car is not covered and if a warranty comes from the dealership. It covers nothing of what the seller told me. John said i would have my warranty info in 7 days, it’s been 30. I still have not gotten my hard plates nor a copy of the contract it’s been 30 days. I always call but no response back. I flew all they way down to your business only for the car to need this big service job in less an a week and the business fails at communicating. Only thing they would do is sell you the car. Also, what happened to the 130 point inspection. Do not recommend for out of town buyers. Too much of a hassle. They do not communicate at allllll
