While the salespersons where polite, there was a gentle reluctance to work with me on pricing and price matching. I presented the sales staff a legitimate offer from a dealer in OK. Both dealerships where roughly 200 miles from my location but Pinegar opted not to match the offer. Deeply disappointed because I'd like to stay in state but that option (across the entire state of MO) doesn't appear to be pliable.

They wanted me to pay a $120 diagnostic fee when I took my car in for a recall. Not all Honda dealers do that. Look around before going here for a recall.

Called in on a Friday with an issue on my truck. I was advised to try a couple things to fix the issue, but actually it made things worse. Called back and they basically told me I was out of luck and they may have a mechanic to look at it on Monday. I recently purchased the truck at the dealership about 8 months ago with a warranty. I even left a message with a manager but no return call!!! No one had any care thought I would be without a vehicle all weekend…. Very disappointed

I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla on the 20th of December. The battery died about a week later. When I called, they told me there's nothing they can do, these things happen. I traded in a vehicle that did not have a title and was told that this would not be an issue. After buying the car I was told to wait 10 business days to receive the title of the new vehicle. 3 days go by, and I realize they never collected the down payment, when I called, they were unaware that they never collected it. I called them 2 weeks later and was told some paperwork was forgotten and they never sent off for my title. After signing this paperwork, I was told that the title was in the mail, and I just needed to wait for a call. This was not true. I called them 30 days after the original purchase to check on the status of the title and was told they didn't know what I'm talking about. I got a call today asking me if I had the title because they don't know what happened to it. I'm now told it'll be at least 3 weeks before I can receive a title. Of course, this is something I have heard twice before, so I'm unsure if this is true. I could look past all of this, but every step along the way was like pulling teeth. Pinegar Honda was incredibly disorganized with my sale if you can't tell, but it was also unprofessional. Most of the employees I spoke to were very rude and unhelpful. The level of incompetence I've experienced here is matched only by the impatience of the employees I begged to help me with my situation. Today, for example, I had to argue with an employee just to get him to send in for a duplicate title, because of course they lost the first one. As I said, I could look past this, however, from the moment my sale was complete I was treated as a nuisance. Bullheaded incompetence is all I found at Pinegar Honda; I suggest you take your money somewhere else. My matter has yet to be resolved.

Justin Hetherington has been a great help to my wife and I over the last 4 years and this visit was no different. We wanted to sell a car and called to schedule a visit to get an offer. Justin once again made the process so smooth and easy, that we were in and out in less than an hour with a check for the amount within the number we wanted. He is probably by far the sales person that I would continue to see for anything related to buying a vehicle or in this case selling one.
