Great service

Simple and easy.

Upon arriving until I left my visit was uneventful, which is a good thing. My service liaison was helpful and knowledgeable. I will definrlty be returning for further service to my vehicle. Your staff should be commended on its excellent service.

Excellent service good job..

Excellent because from the start the Piercey Toyota advisor Melvin Mallari he assist me start tiill the end of service..and even ask me for a coffe and a donut..and always txt me the progress af the service. Awesome service..thank you

Customer service is top notch

I've been going to Piercey since I purchased my FJ in 2011 and the customer service folks are the best, especially Phil. I love this guy! Epitome of the best reps. Just suggests what needs to be taken care of, no pushing, if I have questions, he's got the answers.

75000 mile check up

Staff is friendly and helpful. Offered ride to and from the mall while the car was being worked on, and called promptly to let me know it was done.

Winston Wong was great - no pressure sales

Winston Wong did not try to sell unnecessary repairs and the changed oil on both my cars within 2hrs. as requested. Price is competitive with other dealers.

Helpful and Efficient

The team at Piercey is very helpful. I didn’t know that I had a service plan in place and was happy to discover my service would be free. The team, especially Philip, was efficient and supportive in answering my questions.
