Stay away from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. They tried to sell me a $44,000 MSRP 2026 RAV4 for a total of $71,000. They slapped a $15,000 markup on the car and then tried to hide it by only talking about the monthly financing payment. I asked multiple times for the basic Out-the-Door price, and they refused to give it to me, constantly changing the subject back to the loan. They are not interested in selling cars at a fair price; they are only interested in trapping you in a horribly inflated loan.

Unethical and deceptive practices. Sale finalized on December 21, with contract signed, down payment accepted, and vehicle delivered. Ten days later they unilaterally changed the contract terms, demanding a higher down payment. After returning the vehicle, they promised to refund my down payment within 3 days, but an entire week has passed and they still have not returned it. Communication has been completely evasive and unresponsive. This matter will be escalated through legal and regulatory channels. Avoid this dealer.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS - THANK ME LATER Went in to buy a new car after doing my homework. Sales rep approached us, he was knowledgeable and explained everything and had us test drive the car. When we came back and went to the showroom for the details, we were introduced to what they called "Sales manager" his name was Benjamin Alcantar Rodriguez oh man what a rude and hostile individual he was, disgusting! This manager was so high or had to be on some drugs because it was clearly showing the way he was childishly behaving. We were actually scared being around this guy who was intentionally disrespectful and was using borderline insane language towards us and other customers too. It was like how we can just leave this place unharmed. We are not sure what level manager he was, but with the insane negative attitude of Mr. Rodriguez, we would never in a million years buy from this place, it was an unbelievable experience. usage of inappropriate language and other unnecessary comments. We genuinely wonder how many other clients he treated this way and how do the dealers get away with such degraded service. This dealership lost another client due to this experience. I get ZERO joy from leaving negative feedback but I really had to.

Sold car to them. No follow ups regarding payment. A tons of excuses why it's been delayed no exact reasons, finance manager always sick, did not feel transparency. Don't want to include names, but sales/buyers could do better! Upset.

Edit 1: I was a satisfied customer until I wasn't. 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the battery was dead. The dealership told me to bring the car in, but the car wouldn't start. Upon calling AAA for a jump, they opened up the battery and would not jump it because the battery was leaking and they deemed it too dangerous to jump since it also smelled pretty bad just by popping the hood. I decided to get a new battery from AAA and requested the dealership to reimburse me for this dangerous situation that they put me in. Buying a car from a dealership, you don't expect to have a leaky battery. It has been 2 days but no call back yet. I will add a 2nd edit once it gets resolved, if it does. It was a great experience buying a car from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. I worked with Bianca, Chris, Ruby, Marwan, Carolina, and Joseph. The team was very respectful and patient in making the deal, and they were fair in the negotiation. Overall, a very satisfied customer!

Full transparency: - I’m putting this same review on different platforms. - I’m a real person who bought a real car. - I do reviews for the same reason people read them: different perspectives, full disclosure, and clearing up confusion. My wife and I bought a RAV4 PHEV here yesterday. It’s ok to be fearful when you’re buying a car for the first time, or first time in a long time. We felt the same way, especially since it’s been more than 15 years for us. The new car technology has evolved so much that we feel left behind. It’s hard to figure out how much of the new technology we really need. Plus, when visiting a car dealership for a more hands-on experience, many salespeople can get pushy. We did not feel that way when we walked into Envision Toyota at Milpitas, CA. The open showroom was a showcase for cars, not a sales trap. Ms. Pari Juergens was our sales representative, and it’s best to go line-by-line with how she treated us. 1. She’s warm and welcoming. Before we walked into her office to talk business, she made sure we knew where the refreshments and bathrooms were. It’s little things, but they make the encounter more comfortable. 2. She’s relatable. She wasn’t into sales talk. It was about getting to know you and your needs as the customer. She asked about our driving lifestyle. When talking about the Prius Prime, she got excited about the seemingly inexhaustible driving range. In comparison with another Toyota dealer around our area, the sales guy was pushy, trying to get us to commit to a car we didn’t even want. That was on our first stop, and he was already hyping up the car. What’s worse is that he was talking smack about Plug-in Hybrids and how they’re slow to charge. Getting out from there was like trying to pry a tick from my skin. 3. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge of cars and logistics helped us understand more about the market, without pressuring us with scarcity marketing. She answered our questions thoroughly and with genuine reassurance. 4. She’s detail-oriented. Going back to the part where buying a car can be scary, Pari made sure she didn’t miss a step when showing us the features and perks of the car during the test drives. Some people would take that as an opportunity to brag or even make you feel ignorant. Pari gave us a friendly tour of the car and talked about how Toyota’s redesigns have evolved through the years. When it came to safety and technology, she showed excitement and sincere awe at Toyota’s products. 5. She understands family. Having a teenager and a toddler tag along can be a challenge. She was having great conversations with our sons while showcasing the car. She also went above and beyond by taking them on a tour of other cars while my wife and I did the busy work of doing boring paperwork. She also got the kids involved with adding the temporary registration on the car and getting it ready for us. 6. She’s reassuring. Even after the signing, she made sure not to let us leave until we understood the safety features and all the perks of being Toyota owners. She went into great and useful detail on how to contact Toyota for any issues. She also gave us a tour of the lobby and introduced us to the supply and maintenance teams. She helped us schedule our first maintenance appointment and walked us through the maintenance schedule for the rest of the warranty and maintenance period. If you’re looking for a new car, especially with the electric vehicle tax credit going away on September 30, this is the best dealer to stop by (I’m not advocating panic buying, yes, it’s going to go away). Make sure to talk to Pari or any of the sales team for a great deal on a great automaker brand. Envision yourself in a brand-new Toyota at Envision Toyota in Milpitas.

This is no so much a review of the business as it is of one of the employees. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Piercy (formerly) and Envision Toyota. The common denominator of all three transactions was the salesperson, Pari. With all three purchases (2 new and 1 used) Pari did an excellent job making feel comfortable and helping me to negotiate a great price for each Toyota vehicle. (Most buyers know that the salesperson does not control the final sales price/terms of the sale.) Pari was totally transparent during all of my transactions and provided advice regarding the availability of the vehicles, as well as things I should consider when selecting the model of each. For two of the purchases, I was a stickler about the exterior color and model. With both of these vehicles, Pari was upfront and let me know that the vehicles with the color and model were not in stock and she did not attempt to push or coerce me into selecting a vehicle that they did have in stock. Instead, she looked at the dealership incoming inventory and was able to place a hold (with a deposit) on the exact vehicle I wanted. I've owned a number of Toyota vehicles and I will always go back to Pari for future Toyota vehicles. With my most recent purchase (April 2025) I had a very good experience with the finance personnel with whom I dealt in completing the purchase. Both Jose and Melissa were friendly, professional and they were respectful of my time.

Had an appointment for 50k service on vehicle. Was notified a tire rotation was needed. After 3hrs45minutes, I walked to the back of the service area and found my car just sitting in the parking lot. Was never notified my car was done. I had to ask the service writer. I waited close to 4 hours just for an oil change. The tire rotation was never done. Steer clear of this dealership. Worst service I’ve ever had. Will never go back to this place.
