Absolutely the best working with Steve Vanbuskirk he made the process completely flawless! He was right on point from start to finish and followed thru on everything! I will highly recommend him as well as the Nye dealership!

Cory and his team went above and beyond to troubleshoot and repair my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. It had been giving me troublesome engine light codes. Cory stuck with it and did a great job of getting my old Jeep straightened out.

Took too long. The appointment was for 8 am on Friday. I dropped off my vehicle at 6 pm on Thursday. Vehicle not ready until 5 pm Friday. Wasn't notified when the service was done.

Brought my gladiator in for a faulty fuel filler neck and they didn't fix anything. Said it was normal to have the gas pump stop at 18 gallons even though it has a 22 gallon tank. Tried saying even though the gauge says absolutely empty, there's somehow still 4 gallons in reserve.

Funny how now you dont know who i am. My problem was fixed immediately by another dealer. Took them 15 minutes to find the problem.

Inspection went for hours without updates and communication or respect for time. $85 for a windshield wiper blade and replacement is outrageous. As well as $2,000 in labor for the repairs deemed necessary for a license plate light and parking brake maintenance

Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately there is little to nothing that you can do for me as we will not be returning to use your service department for Inspections. I can not imagine that all of the inspection appointments last for 2+ hours, but I will respond to you privately at the email provided to help your team improve for other customers that may find themselves using your services.
