Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this Dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Customer Service: Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was very impressed at the high level of customer service that was provided. Glenn Patterson's approach was excellent in my opinion. He was professional, experienced and also very personable. There wasn't one moment during the entire process where I felt like I was being "pushed" in a particular direction or misled. Great Teaming/Collaboration: Glenn spent an enormous amount of time patiently answering all my questions and collaborating with the financial team when needed to provide me with the facts I needed in order to make an informed decision. Experienced/Ensured Visibility: Glenn also leveraged his experience to provide me with additional options that would work for me when I needed them and clear insights into the buying process. He documented all the details of the purchase and then went over it with me (literally) line by line, to ensure I understood and agreed with everything. "Full Service" Operation: I was able to easily transition from signing papers with Glenn to sitting down with the Finance/Accounting expert (Josh). This was also a great experience with Josh also answering questions I had, explaining exactly what to expect and then stepping through the process with me on the computer to complete the application, which was quickly approved. Before leaving, Glenn took me and my daughter (who was with me) out to the vehicle and spent more time going through all of the different features we hadn't seen before and answering more questions. :) Amazing Waiting Area: They also have an amazing waiting area for anyone who brings their car in for service! It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and they offer water/coffee/snacks, etc...

They do not stand behind there product when it has 10 years 100000 miles and you only have 94000. Dont buy a Hyundai !!!!!!!

My husband and I were totally blown away about how informative and helpful our salesperson Dave Kramer was and still is. The car we wanted to test drive was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Dave went over every inch of the car with , inside and out! We were very impressed with all his knowledge. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We love our 2024 Tuson Limited!!! Thank You Dave!!!

I would like to thank David Kraemer personally along with the financial team for all there help getting me into my new car over night. I showed up at 8am impressed to see David and the car I just drove an hour to see ready and waiting for me. From start to finish the entire experience was great, smooth, and fast. I want to clarify, this is not half fast service. This was great service. David had everything completely done and ready for me 100%

As always service staff was friendly and accommodating. It was easy getting an appointment that worked for us. The service this time was just a recall and it was completed and ready to go in a very timely matter.

Although I had misunderstood the timing of my oil changes, the service department was very helpful and explained to me how it worked. The entire staff at Apple Valley Hyundai have been helpful and friendly. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I have loved all my Hyundai vehicles.

Great and trustworthy service department. Got a great deal on my 2018 Sonata from UK a few years ago and he always checks in with me when I am there waiting for the service to be completed. Thank you Apple Valley Hyundai!
