I signed up for a service for my car that only has 10,000 miles. On their webpage, I signed up for a tire rotation and oil change and it stated it would cost $200. I even chose a coupon to save. When I picked up my car they performed additionally services than what I chose through their service website. I called service and the lady said that what I signed up for should have cost around $200. They charged me almost $500 that I did not authorize. Unless this is fixed, I will no longer take any of my hondas- and we have three back.

I will not do business with them again. I purchased a Honda Prologue from this dealership in the spring and later contacted the sales department about returning the vehicle. They informed me that I would need to pay $13,700 to proceed with the return. However, when I spoke to Honda Financial Services, they told me this amount was excessive and not typical, as dealerships usually offer better discounts than Honda does. Honda even recommended that I contact a different dealership. I should have realized something was off when I caught them trying to charge me for a tire package that was supposedly free for veterans — they tried to sneak in that fee without my knowledge. Overall, this dealership is not trustworthy. A car is the second most expensive purchase we make in our lives. If you value your money, find someone reliable.

Fantastic! Our telephone call to LeadCar to buy a new car got an immediate answer to the availability and pricing questions we had. (All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it. Noel, our salesperson, and Matthew, the money guy, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this team.
