I’ve been a repeat customer at Toyota of Newnan for years, having purchased two new vehicles and now multiple used vehicles from this dealership. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had. When I came in to look at a specific vehicle, I clearly told a salesperson who approached me who I was there to see. Instead of helping, he acted like he had no idea and tried to pull me away from the salesperson I was already working with. That immediately set a poor tone. On top of that, I was shown a vehicle I had already made clear I was not interested in. At that point, I honestly should have walked away, but since the vehicle I wanted was on the lot, I continued with the process. The delivery experience was unacceptable. The vehicle was not properly cleaned. It looked like it had simply been rinsed off, with pollen and debris still on it. I had to take it to a car wash myself immediately after leaving. To make matters worse, the vehicle did not even come with a full tank of gas, which I have always received in past purchases, whether new or used. What bothered me most, however, was what happened the following day. When I returned with the title for my trade-in and mentioned the gas issue, one of the sales managers laughed in my face and told me they don’t offer full tanks on used vehicles. The lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about the dealership’s integrity and how they treat their customers. Just because I purchased a used vehicle this time instead of a new one does not mean the level of service should drop this significantly. As a loyal, repeat customer, I expected far better. This experience has left a very negative impression, and unfortunately, I do not plan on returning in the future.
