Traded in my 2017Ford Escape Titanium for a 2025 Ford Escape Platinum Hybrid. They had to find a Platinum edition. It came in. I went in and signed the paperwork. It was only then that I actually got in the car. Buyers REMORSE from that moment on. No hands free lift gate. No light in the glove box. No ambient lighting. No turn signal indicators on the mirrors. No jewel light on the door lock button to indicate the doors are locked when you are exiting the car. These are all things that my 2017 had. My mistake. I should NOT have signed the paperwork until I saw the car. The dealership didn't even suggest it or offer it! Lesson learned. I bought my 2017 Escape from Carvana sight unseen. I'll pay this off and then I'll buy what I want. It won't be a Ford and it won't be from any of the West Herr dealerships.
