I had a wonderful experience working with Deyaa "Dan" Hamad while leasing a new car. It was nice to have someone I trust take care of all the details and ensure I get exactly what I needed. If you're a student or new college graduate, he'll go out of his way to get you a great deal though the student rebates. I definitely recommend him!!

New or used vehicles, he has the facts and or the resources and willingly shares them with you. Courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and most of all gives you the time to absorb without the hard-sell tactics. I had the pleasure of working with Dan in purchasing a Ford F-150 truck. He provided the information about each vehicle and provided a comparison of factors to consider in choosing between the different models as well as the features that affected the pricing. He provided the car facts about the used truck I was interested in and worked with the sales manager to get the best price. Sale made and another satisfied customer. But it did not end there, Dan followed through with the small details and went out of his way to take care of them. A GREAT experience, Thanks Dan

I enjoyed my first leasing experience so much i upgraded and leased again. My salesman, Steve Keiber, went the extra mile to find me the vehicle i wanted and to get me as many price breaks as he could. He stressed that he will be available for me should any issues arise. Customer service at Romano is professional and customer-friendly, and i have found the general atmosphere there, from the top down, to be accommodating and friendly as well. I have recommended this dealership to every car shopper i know.

I leased a 2014 Ford Escape 3 years ago from Romano Ford and the service was great. My lease was up last week and because I loved the Ford Escape I wanted to lease the 2017. I couldn't be more happier. I love my new car! Bob Klix my sales person was outstanding! Went over every detail with me, answered all my questions even the silly ones and gave me the best deal along with Eric Konick. They were both involved with my first lease 3 years ago and once again they were the best! I drove out with my new car this past Tuesday and was so excited that I sent my brother to Bob also because he was thinking of leasing one too. After discussing the options with Bob and going over all the figures, he also left a happy customer. He signed to lease a new 2017 Escape Titanium yesterday! As far as I'm concerned......Romano Ford is my "car family"! Thank you Bob and Eric!

I recently turned my leased Escape in, but wanted a new one just like it for another lease. The excellent salesman, Bob Klix, got it done smoothly and professionally within a couple of days. I now have the same car I liked before, only a later model. Bob made it work like magic.

We were looking to lease a Ford Escape and once inside, I was greeted by Bob Klix .Bob and I sat down and reviewed lease options with and without a down payment. He presented everything I asked for and within 20 minutes the deal was made.
