I needed some transpertation. My friend Jorden recamended Tylor, so i hopped on the bus and went to Serra Toyota looked at a Kia Optima and this Toyota Highlander. Then decided yo bye the Highlander. Tylor helped my to the bank , secretary of state , and insurance company. THANKS.

Disappointing Service should have suggested providing a loaner after having the car for a couple of days and not having made any progress. It wasn't until I suggested it - 5 WEEKS! after having it - that real movement on the car happened. It made it very difficult for us as a family.

Sam was very helpful in determining my qualifications for the purchase and setting everything up for delivery. Seth was great at going through the paperwork. Eric was EXCELLENT at providing a supportive and encouraging experience. Overall, I would recommend.
