They're fast and efficient.
They're fast and efficient. Finding an appointment is not hard. They don't have snacks if you're waiting. But they do have coffee. Place is clean. I don't know why but oil change is only for next 3000 miles. Previously it was 7500 miles. I think they didn't change all of it.

Lucas Chevrolet was very helpful to me when I unexpectedly needed to purchase a vehicle. The car salesman came highly recommended to me through family members. So far my experience with Lucas Chevrolet has been mostly positive because of the car salesman. The person I had to sit with to sign the paperwork acted like he could not be bothered with me that day. I was disappointed with that experience. I can not remember his name.

Mentioned a vibration when decelerating to sales and it
Mentioned a vibration when decelerating to sales and it seemed to be brushed off. I should have pushed the issue, but it did seem like a minor thing like maybe it was that particular section of road so i let it go. However, after purchasing the Vehical and driving for a few days it seemed that my initial thought about the vibration is a real issue. the Vehicle is being taken in for service at a local Chevy dealer ( Brown Daub Chevy Nazareth, PA) for shutter while driving at certain speeds. Made the appointment 7-10 days after purchase. Other than this and having to wait an hour to have the paperwork started I like the Dealership. Joe Wilson was a nice guy to deal with. Although I wish he would not have brushed off he vibration I mentioned.
