It's been three years and I still don't have my second

It's been three years and I still don't have my second key fob insert. Without it, it's impossible to put on a key chain or open the car if the fob battery dies. They've ghosted me and simply don't care. No phone call, no email, nothing.

Toyota dealership with a family feeling. Service Advisor Nicole Willis has been handling my RAV4 for several years and I must say she is both friendly and knowledgeable. Service is completed in a timely manner.

Customer service agents are very knowledgeable and supportive. Work is completed in time frame expected. Repair work has always been of high quality. In over 15 years I have never had cause to complain.

Returned to Toyota Crestmont this week for servicing, and

Returned to Toyota Crestmont this week for servicing, and an overall safety check, of my 2011 Prius (with 182,000+ miles), in advance of an upcoming 1,500+ mile trip, With accurate access to my vehicle's service records, Service Team members Nicolle and John explained their recommendations to me, coordinated the entire process in less time than expected, and included a Dealership coupon which provided an appreciated discount on parts & labor. With all the talk about "affordability" these days, this was professional service combined with affordable pricing. Thank you, 5 Stars.
