It's been three years and I still don't have my second key fob insert. Without it, it's impossible to put on a key chain or open the car if the fob battery dies. They've ghosted me and simply don't care. No phone call, no email, nothing.

Toyota dealership with a family feeling. Service Advisor Nicole Willis has been handling my RAV4 for several years and I must say she is both friendly and knowledgeable. Service is completed in a timely manner.

With all the talk about "affordability" these days, this was professional service combined with affordable pricing. Thank you, 5 Stars.
