I had my tires rotated, oil changed new battery installed and different filters that they came to me and asked about changing them. After a considerable amount of time. I was given my vehicle back as finished. I drove about 2 and a half miles down the road no problem. I stopped at Jays in Standish got back in my vehicle to go home a light came on to have my vehicle serviced soon!!!! I just had my vehicle serviced about 20 minutes ago! So I returned to the dealership service center when they installed my new battery they didn’t notice that a wire needed to be replaced also. So another long wait I was given my vehicle again. Now so far no lights have popped up but I wouldn’t be surprised if it does again. My advice is to not leave town too quickly after services just in case you have to go back.

We drove 2.5 hours to Richardson Ford to purchase a truck and hoped to take it home the same day. Their team worked together across all departments to make it happen. Great customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish!

My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.

It takes forever for parts to come in to get your Vehicle fixed. Then it takes forever for the service dept to call me after the parts arrive.

Connor in service is an exceptional employee. I had to travel 3 hours from home with my elderly Mom, youngest daughter and my granddaughter. He was able to fit me in for an oil change so we could make the trip safely. I am grateful for his courtesy. Please give him my best. Rewards should be given to keep great employees.
