So now that the truck is home, I just want to say that Luther Ford Lincoln is low down to the core! They lied to my corporate caseworker and said all the scratches were out of the truck and they were not! They refused to take responsibility even though Ford Motor Company said it was, multiple times, I have emails to prove it! We were then told that either we take it or walk away from it. If we would have walked away, we couldn't have received another truck until at least 2023 because order banks are closed . Big eff you to us. Even though they signed for the truck off the trailer and knew since 4-5-22 that this truck had scratches...BRAND NEW TRUCK WITH 6 miles when it landed! And this was a lemon buyback purchase to boot! We have been in this since DECEMBER y'all! When this started to happen, the left us hang to dry to go against corporate, and we made it through without them. No one wanted to step up and help us, this was a stressful and LONG ordeal! Also it was "cleaned" and by all means if taking off plastic and throwing new carpets over dirt and debris is clean, well then I'm baffled. And shoving loads of compound into the scratches to try and hide them and it was sloppy to boot. I was still wiping wax off it when we showed up. They waited until last minute even though they knew the whole month. We had to take it for a test drive to our body guy and fortunately he can pretty much fix them BUT it's on our dime! Come to find out ford warranty doesn't cover scratches which was a mistake on ford customer services end. We're happy with the truck, but extremely appalled at the way we were treated by certain staff at Luther Ford. They were ignorant, rude, defensive and in denial. We really wished we could have had this truck dropped elsewhere and we tried and it couldn't happen, because other places would have fixed it immediately!

I drove over and hour each way to purchase a vehicle that was listed on two different website including their own at the window price. I also have an email from an employee there stating the price was the window price. When I got there they added another 3 grand to the window price and said it was market value. Clear bait and switch, false advertising. When I told the salesman to look at their website and even the email from their employee he said it was a mistake and that they could take the brand new car to auction and get 2k over the sticker price. I wasn't asking for the world but a fair trade in value and window price which was confirmed before the drive.

Service department cost me 4200 dollars for a very wrong diagnosis and now want me to let them try again if they would have done it right the first time my truck would be ok but now I have to find a real mechanic to do the job right!! I won't recommend any people to them.they ripped me off !! I hope those who read this learn from my mistakes stay away from this place and freedom Ford. Still won't make it right but that's probably how they got where there at.

Jeremiah was a delight to deal with. He squeezed me in today at the last minute when they were crazy busy. Dawn in financing was amazing to work with. The entire staff working there talked to me like we were all life long friends.

I purchased a new Lincoln and my sales man Bob Rado was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. The finance guy was unbelievable! Thank you! Mr. Luther is actively involved and cares about his customers. This is my 5th vehicle from Luther and I will be a future return customer.

Be Careful! Was dealing on a truck, they quoted me 30,8xx out the door. I told them I thought 29,000 was a fair deal. At first they wouldn't agree to it so we started to leave but as we were getting in our truck the salesperson stopped us and asked if we would take it today for 29,000. After some deliberation with my wife, we decided to purchase it even though it wasn't the deal we were hoping for. After spending an hour or so filling out the credit app, getting our trade information together, etc, the salesperson person brings me the deal sheet, they tried to get me to sign an agreement where the 29,000 was before tax and fees! Mind you they offered 30,8xx out the door before offering 29,000. The salesperson tried deying the 29,000 was an out the door price. He confirmed that the 30,8xx was an out the door price but said the 29,000 was not out the door. When I started pointing out to the salesperson that the 29,000 before tax and fees (31,1xx) was more than the previous out the door offer, he started to get a little frustrated so i just dropped it and took it as a sign that we shouldn't buy. Lesson learned, I will not be back and will make sure people i know don't waste their time here as i did.
