The dealership has excellent sales, (roger b, sales manager and finance manager. They held up the promise they made to me and I walked out with a beautiful Land Rover and I'm satisfied with almost all terms. Overall I give them 5 stars!!! Classy rides, classy staff!

Our sales person Roger was amazing. He helped us get the vehicle that we wanted. He came in on his day off to make sure no one else purchased the vehicle. He was so helpful and taught us how to use all the gadgets, and set up the apps on my phone. If you are looking for a Jaguar the go see Roger.

Didn’t get to finish my review. Roger was top notch, he didn’t make any mistakes, kept a great attitude, handled all business as agreed upon with full transparency, and made sure to get every part of my truck cleaned up before purchase. I’d buy from Roger again knowing I don’t have to deal with the stress of a scammy salesman.

AVOID. This is not a luxury brand level of service. I ordered and paid for a part with an extra fee for expedited shipping. After no updates after the confirmation email, I called was transfered twice then was told that "oh sorry we have to cancel because we didn't charge enough for shipping and the part is too big." I had arranged based on the purchase going through for installation to be scheduled here in Los Angeles by my shop after some minor comestic repairs. So now I have paid for storage and organized installation only to have to start again. After expressing my disappointment and being offered no assistance, I was told I was being transferred to management. No surprise that I was dumped into a voicemail with no expectation of follow up. I guess I should feel lucky I didn't buy a car from this dealership group!

After reviewing the order, it appears the part requested is an extremely oversized item that unfortunately cannot be shipped through standard expedited methods. Because of its size, it must be transported via specialized freight trucking, which typically adds significant shipping costs that were not reflected in the automated online checkout. Once our team identified this issue, the order was canceled to prevent an inaccurate charge and additional complications. That said, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the difficulty you experienced when trying to get assistance. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback is being shared with our team so we can improve our processes and response times. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you, Larry Sherman, Parts Manager.
